Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 General
1.1.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@pickmycourse.
1.1.2 Cancellation requests received 15 days before the start of the program will be eligible for a full refund.
1.1.3 Cancellations received after the specified period may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
1.2 Transfer of Enrollment
1.2.1 Students who are unable to attend the registered program may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session, subject to availability.
1.2.2 Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the start of the original program.
1.2.3 PickMy Course reserves the right to deny transfer requests based on availability and program-specific requirements.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
2.1.1 A full refund will be issued if PickMy Course cancels a program or if a student's cancellation request is received within the specified period outlined in Section 1.1.
2.1.2 In cases of program cancellation by PickMy Course, students will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed within 30 days.
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
2.2.1 For cancellations received after the specified period, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account extenuating circumstances.
2.2.2 PickMy Course reserves the right to assess administrative and processing fees for partial refunds.
2.3 No Refund Eligibility
2.3.1 No refunds will be provided for cancellations received 5 days or fewer before the start of the program.
2.3.2 No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or withdrawal from the program once it has commenced.
2. Program Participation:
2.1 Students are expected to actively participate in all aspects of the training program, including lectures, workshops, and assignments.
2.2 Any absence from scheduled classes must be communicated to the instructors or administrative staff in advance.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Refund Email Address], including the student's name, program details, and the reason for the refund request.
3.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
3.3 The refund process may take up to 30 days to complete.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1 In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, PickMy Course may, at its discretion, consider refund or transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.
4.2 Students must provide appropriate documentation to support refund or transfer requests due to exceptional circumstances.
